How long is the delivery period for my orders?

All orders are printed, processed and handed over to local postal service within 2 business days. Delivery times of postal carriers vary from country to country and postal types, please refer to local postal service and postage type for delivery timelines.

What is the paper and print quality of the letters, postcards and checks?

Postcards - 100lb double sided full colour bleed with gloss coating.
Letters - 60lb stock quality in a 10 double window envelope
Checks - 52 to 70 lb stock quality in a 10 double window envelope and MICR printing.

Do you print custom or branded envelopes?

What is express mailing?

Express mailing is a special service made with an arrangement for your delivery to be expedited. In most cases your mail would be delivered within 1-3 business days by the postal service.

What kind of envelopes are the letters put in?

Letters are put in a 10 double window envelope.

How many printers do you have in the US or Canada?

We have 20+ plus printers both in Canada and the USA. These printers are top commercial printers passing on huge volume discounts and ensure operational efficiency.

On what basis are my mailings prioritized?

Mailings are prioritized based on SLA agreements, order time and product plan purchased.

Do you support brochures and catalogs mailing?

We currently do not print brochures and catalogues, however they are in the pipeline. Contact [email protected] to be added to the waiting list.

Do you have the same capabilities internationally?

Yes, PostGrid has operations in multiple countries. contact [email protected] to learn more about our international locations and how you can enjoy local postage rates pertaining to those countries.

Do you have preview options for the orders created?

We provide PDF previews for all orders (including those created in test mode). These previews should be generated a few seconds after you create an order. They can be accessed through the url property of the returned objects or on the dashboard by clicking View PDF on the top-right of the order details page.
In the case of cheques, the previews will censor the account number by padding the last 4 digits of the account number with zeros.
