Create a cheque order. Note that the number field is optional when creating a cheque. We will automatically generate sequential values for cheques where it is missing.
Also keep in mind that amount must be specified in cents.
The currencyCode of the cheque will be set automatically based on the given bank account's bankCountryCode. If the bank account is a US bank account, then the currency will automatically be USD, and likewise for Canada.
You can also supply a logo parameter which must be a publicly accessible URL to an image. We recommend this image is at least 280px x 280px to be 300 DPI.
